Policies

Your appointments are very important to us at Prairie Crocus Spa. Your spot is reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes rescheduling or cancelling an appointment is necessary, therefore, we respectfully ask for 24 hour notice when cancelling an appointment.

To avoid disappointment, we advise you to book your appointment at least 2 weeks in advance. For those restricted to evening and weekend appointments, we recommend booking at least 4 weeks in advance.

Thank you for understanding our time is valuable, as is yours. If you cannot make your appointment please adhere to these policies so we can make room for all our valued clients.

Cancellations - 24 Hour Notice is Required for all Cancellations
If you need to cancel an appointment please contact us as soon as possible. This gives us time to reschedule other clients. Should you continuously reschedule, cancel or not show up for your appointments with insufficient notice, we will ask for a deposit when booking your appointments and you may be charged a re-booking fee. Should you not show for this re-booked appointment, this deposit will be forfeited.

Cancelling appointments with less than 24 hours notice, will cause you to be subject to a charge of 25% of the total appointment service(s) cost . We understand that sometimes not making it to your appointment is outside of your control. In saying this, we ask that you do call us and inform us as soon as possible so we may make a note of it, and in severe cases, waive your appointment fee at our discretion.

Missed Appointments
Clients who miss their appointment without giving prior notification (no show) will automatically be subject to a charge of 50% of the total appointment service(s) cost.

Late Arrivals
Clients who are more than 15 minutes late for their scheduled appointment will be considered a ‘no show.’ This will cause you to be subject to a ‘no show’ charge (above) and you will need to reschedule your appointment.
