Policies

Your appointments are reserved just for you, and your time is important to us—just like ours is to you.

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

To avoid missing out on your preferred time, we recommend booking:
• At least 2 weeks in advance for daytime appointments
• 3–4 weeks in advance for evenings and weekends

Cancellations - 24 Hour Notice is Required for all Cancellations
We understand that things come up—please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.

• Less than 24 hours notice: 25% of the service cost will be charged
• Repeated last-minute changes or cancellations may require a deposit to rebook

In certain situations, fees may be waived at our discretion.

Missed Appointments
Appointments missed without notice (“no-shows”) will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be considered a missed appointment and will need to be rescheduled.

This ensures we stay on time for all clients throughout the day.
