BROW TINT AND INTENSIFYING FAQ
What is a brow tint?
A brow tint is a semi-permanent dye applied to your eyebrows to enhance their color, shape, and definition. It darkens lighter hairs and helps brows appear fuller and more even.
What is brow intensifying?
Brow intensifying is a treatment that combines a longer-lasting skin stain with a tint on the brow hairs, creating a more defined, bold look—perfect for those wanting a makeup-like finish that lasts several days on the skin and weeks on the hairs.
How long does a brow tint last?
The color on the brow hairs typically lasts 3 to 4 weeks, depending on your hair type and skincare routine. The tint on the skin (if included) fades faster, usually within a few days.
How long does brow intensifying last?
The skin stain from brow intensifying can last up to 7–10 days, while the tint on the brow hairs lasts about 4 weeks. Results vary based on skin type and aftercare.
Is it safe?
Yes, when done professionally. We use high-quality, specially formulated dyes made for brows. A patch test may be required at least 24 hours before your first appointment to ensure there’s no reaction.
Does brow tinting or intensifying work for all hair colors?
Yes! We custom-blend shades to suit your natural brow color and skin tone—whether you’re blonde, brunette, redhead, or have gray hairs.
Can I still wear makeup with tinted or intensified brows?
Absolutely. Tinted or intensified brows just give you a great head start—you can still fill them in or apply makeup as you normally would.
What’s the aftercare for brow tinting or intensifying?
Avoid getting your brows wet for 24 hours, and stay away from oil-based skincare or makeup on the area, as this can fade the tint faster. Be gentle when cleansing.
Will brow tinting make my brows look unnatural?
Not at all. We tailor the color and intensity to your preference—whether you want a natural enhancement or a more defined look. You’re always in control of the final result.
How often should I get my brows tinted or intensified?
Every 4 to 6 weeks is ideal to maintain color and shape, though some clients like to come sooner for a refresh, especially if they’re doing intensifying.
